- The customer can unregister at any moment, easily and for free, by following the instructions figuring in the respective message.
- We transmit the personal data to a third party only when it is essential for the proper execution of the order or of the payment (for example, transmission of data to Swisspost, the transport firm, a society of recovery in case of non-payment, etc). Your information is treated with the upmost confidentiality.
- We maintain the right to use information on purchasing behaviour anonymously for commercial means.
Prices
- All prices include the TVA according to the applicable rate.
- The prices of the products displayed in the moment the customer places his order are valid.
- The shipment fees vary according to the weight.
Articles
- If a product is not available at the time of shipment, it will be sent subsequently or the order will be cancelled, depending on the choice of the customer.
- In Switzerland, the purchase of tobacco is prohibited by law to persons under the age of 18. When buying such products, you commit to being age 18 or above.
Confirmation of orders
- The contract comes into force when the customer has placed his or her order and when this order has been accepted electronically. The customer cannot complete or cancel an order up until the moment it has been dealt with by the logistical centre.

- If the payment deadline is not respected, we maintain the right to suspend the customers subsequent order and to bill the reminder costs.
- It lies with you to acquit the customs rights or other costs incurred during the importation of these products into your country. These rights and costs are subject to modifications, we recommend you acquire all necessary information concerned before placing an order.
- Our prices are in Swiss Francs EXW (in the factory).
Solvency of the customer
- We maintain the right to examine the solvency of a customer. By his or her order, the customer agrees to such a solvency examination.
- We maintain the right to require a payment in advance or a guaranty from the customer before shipping the order.
- We can cancel or suspend a customer order if it is insolvent, if one or more of his bills remain unpaid or if we have well-founded reason to believe that the customer is acting with fraudulent intentions.
Delivery
- Our prices are in Swiss Francs EXW (in the factory).
- After confirmation of the order, the ordered articles will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
- We will do our best to dispatch the products in the deadlines predicted and indicated on the confirmation of the order but we are in no case responsible for the non respect of this date.
- No delivery on Sundays and bank holidays.
Absence of the customer at the time of delivery
- If the customer is not present at the time of delivery and without contrary indications on his or her part, the products can be deposited in front of the door.
- The products can also be delivered to a third party, if the customer indicates the address and telephone number of this person when placing his or her order.
- We commit ourselves to respect the quality of our product up until the delivery of the merchandise at the customers address. From this moment, the responsibility lies only with the customer, independently of his or her presence, or of his or her absence, during the delivery.
Returns
- The customer becomes responsible for the products once delivered even if these are deposited in front of his door or the door of a neighbour in his absence.
- Complaints about the quality of the delivery are accepted up until a deadline of 5 days after reception of the merchandise.
- If the customer orders products by mistake, they can be returned at his or her costs.
Applicable right and Swiss judicial tribunal.
Swiss Law is applicable to the present sales conditions. The user renounces the judicial tribunal of his or her place of residence and recognizes the exclusive competence of the tribunals of the canton of Geneva and of Switzerland.
